Although Foods for Your Life is a direct result of my own need to know what I could do to heal and stay healthy, whenever I’d do an Energy for Your Life workshop or consultation, inevitably clients would ask me what they could eat. That’s how my food blog was born.
Folks would want to know if what they were eating, drinking or the vitamins or supplements they were taking would help or hurt their energy levels. But often the conversation would move back and forth between what was happening to them because of the emotional and mental ways they used their energy, as much as what was physically going on in their lives. Eating the right foods is great, but it became very clear that food was only part of the answer.
